1. The game
Halal Ludo is a Ludo board game played with a number spinner. Every number from 1 to 6 has the same chance on every spin. The game is for entertainment only and is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. You can play without creating an account or giving a phone number. Signing in with Google Play Games is optional.
2. No gambling
There is no betting, stake, entry fee or real-money prize in the game. Nothing in the game can be won or lost for money.
3. Points, Trophies and items
Points, Trophies, leagues and Inventory items are virtual and have no cash value. Points and Trophies cannot be bought with money. Inventory items may be unlocked in the game or bought through Google Play, as shown in the Inventory. Virtual rewards and items cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything outside the game. We may adjust prices, rewards and limits to keep the game fair. Items you unlock stay yours as long as the game is available, except H Pass items, which work only while your H Pass is active, and temporary trials, which last for the period or number of games shown.
4. H Pass and purchases
- H Pass is an optional weekly, monthly or yearly subscription sold through Google Play.
- It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play’s policies.
- Inventory purchases are optional. Their price and what they unlock are shown before purchase. Google Play handles your payment details; we never receive your card or bank details. The game receives whether your purchase or subscription is active.
- The game is complete and playable without H Pass. We may improve or change H Pass benefits; we will describe current benefits in the game.
5. Invite & Earn
- You get Points when a friend joins with your invite and finishes the required games. Your friend gets welcome Points. Limits apply (currently 20 friends in all and 5 a day), and are shown in the game.
- Invites must go to real people. Creating fake players, using many devices or reinstalling to earn rewards, or selling invite codes is not allowed. We may withhold or remove rewards gained this way.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, modify the game, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game or its server. We may remove rewards or block access for players who do.
7. Friends rooms and names
Play respectfully. Choose names that are not offensive, misleading or someone else’s identity. A room host can remove players from a waiting room, and during a game can remove a player who has not played for a while. With three or four players, that seat can then be taken by a friend who joins the room, or played by Halal Ludo AI, which is clearly labelled. Friends rooms have quick messages only: a fixed list of ready-made messages, with no typing. Players without H Pass can send 12 per game; H Pass members can send unlimited messages. Use them kindly and do not use them to spam. We may change or remove names that break these rules.
8. Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdMob unless you have H Pass. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content. Where required, you can review and change your ad privacy choices in Settings (Ad Privacy), as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. The name “Halal Ludo”
“Halal” in our name describes how the game is made: fair, clean and free of betting. It is not a halal certification from any authority and not a religious ruling. The game is made for players of every faith and culture.
10. Ownership
The game, its name, logo, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop parts of the game at any time, for example to fix problems or add features. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.
12. No warranty and limit of liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress or data, or problems caused by your device, network or third-party services.
13. Privacy and your data
Our Privacy Policy, available in Settings, explains the information saved on your device, optional Google Play Games cloud saves, Friends rooms, Invite & Earn, Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, ads and purchases. It also explains how long information is kept and your choices for resetting progress and requesting deletion. Quick messages are kept only in server memory and are never saved; your mute choice is saved with the room. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support@halalludo.com.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be shown in the game and on our website with a new effective date. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
